Day 3: Departure
Once you arrive in Kathmandu, our representative will meet you at the international airport and drive you to your hotel, where you will rest and prepare for your sightseeing tour. We will aim to visit at least four UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The first destination we visit is Patan Durbar Square, a wonderful architectural masterpiece adorned with beautiful sculptures and carvings from ancient Nepal. Other structures include Pashupatinath Temple (a 17th-century temple with over 500 shrines established in its vicinity), Boudhanath Stupa (one of the world's recognized unique structure stupas), and Swayambhunath Temple (the 8th-century structure believed to have self-incarnated).
Our team will pick you up at the hotel early in the morning and drive you to the Pokhara bus station, where we will board a bus. This travel might take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. When we arrive in Pokhara, we will take a cab to the Pokhara airport, where our helicopter ride will begin. The helicopter trip to Annapurna Base Camp from Pokhara will take around 1 hour and 20 minutes, including 30 minutes on the ground. It emphasizes the breathtaking vistas of the Himalayas and invites passengers to take in the scenery during the journey. The helicopter will land in ABC at an authorized landing zone, and we will have an opportunity to see the magnificent surroundings and the awe-inspiring Annapurna mountain range. Then we'll fly back to Pokhara and spend the night in a hotel.
On this day, we will take a tourist bus back to Kathmandu and drive to the international airport for your departure flight.
